Welcome to AndrewMcCarn.com. By visiting or making a purchase through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or placing an order.

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handcrafted and may include natural variations in wood grain, texture, or form. These are not flaws, but part of the character of the piece. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders & Availability

Most items are one-of-a-kind and may not be restocked once sold. If an item appears available but has already been sold, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Custom Orders

At this time, I do not accept custom or made-to-order requests. All pieces are created individually and offered as they are.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Squarespace or Paypal. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday). I ship via UPS unless the delivery address is a P.O. Box, in which case USPS will be used. Each item is packed securely using recyclable materials (when available). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

6. International Shipping

I do not currently offer international shipping through the website. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to look into a shipping quote for you.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the work, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at contact@andrewmccarn.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, text, and designs—is the property of Andrew McCarn / Carolina Grain Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Newsletter

If you sign up for my newsletter, your email will only be used to send occasional updates about new work, studio news, or YouTube content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will never be sold or shared. I only collect the information necessary to fulfill orders and communicate with you as needed.
